Tony Russo, Executive Vice President of Office Brokerage, represented the tenant in a 3,762 SF lease at 126 S. County Farm Road in Wheaton. The tenant, HighPoint Planning Partners, is a wealth management firm. Adam Johnson, Senior Vice President at NAI Hiffman, represented the landlord, DuPage County Bar Association, in the lease transaction.

ROMEOVILLE, IL (March 1, 2018) - Josh Hearne and Mike O'Leary of Cawley Chicago represented a private seller in the sale of a 31,000 SF industrial building located in Romeoville, IL which closed in February of 2018. The team was asked to be the exclusive agents representing the project and private owner in June of 2017 and shortly afterwards brought full service real estate operator, Value Industrial Partners in as the buyer on a speculative basis. The building at the time was 50% vacant. While the property located at 624 Anderson Drive was under contract, Hearne and O'Leary secured a direct tenant for the remainder of the space bringing the building to 100% leased for the new owners at closing time.

Oak Brook, Ill. – Dec. 13, 2017 – After acquiring a 2.35-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Chicago earlier this year, Dallas-based Westmount Realty Capital, a commercial real estate development and investment company, has sold one of its Chicago holdings. The 310,775-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility near Midway Airport was acquired by High Street Real Estate Capital.
