The Cawley Chicago Capital Markets Division comprised of Brian Nagle, Senior Executive Vice President and Tony Russo, Principal represented the overall ownership group in the recapitalization. The recapitalization resulted in a new first mortgage loan from a nationally recognized bank.

Cawley Leasing Activity Update
The Cawley Chicago Office team acquired a 70,000 square foot office assignment located in Woodridge Illinois less than one year ago today. In the short time acting as the exclusive representatives, the team has completed multiple transactions bringing this once heavily vacant three-story complex to over 90% leased. Located at 900 S. Frontage Road, Waterfall Glen has convenient access to I-55 and I-355 interchanges and is centered around numerous amenities including hotels, restaurants, retail, fitness and daycare centers making this the perfect space for your tenants needs.
ROMEOVILLE, IL (March 1, 2018) - Josh Hearne and Mike O'Leary of Cawley Chicago represented a private seller in the sale of a 31,000 SF industrial building located in Romeoville, IL which closed in February of 2018. The team was asked to be the exclusive agents representing the project and private owner in June of 2017 and shortly afterwards brought full service real estate operator, Value Industrial Partners in as the buyer on a speculative basis. The building at the time was 50% vacant. While the property located at 624 Anderson Drive was under contract, Hearne and O'Leary secured a direct tenant for the remainder of the space bringing the building to 100% leased for the new owners at closing time.
